Engineering and Project Management
Yes. EIA21 supports clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. Our services include feasibility studies, conceptual engineering, FEED, basic engineering, detailed engineering, procurement management, Project Management, construction supervision, commissioning and operational support.
In an EPC model, a single contractor assumes responsibility for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning under a turnkey contract. In an EPCM model, the engineering company develops the detailed engineering, coordinates and manages procurement and construction contracts on behalf of the client, and supervises construction activities. EIA21 has experience in both approaches and helps select the most suitable strategy based on cost, schedule and project control objectives.
A FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) study defines the technical scope of an industrial investment prior to execution. It includes preliminary design, CAPEX estimation, technology selection, contracting strategy and risk identification.
Industrial Technical Due Diligence is an independent assessment of industrial facilities, assets or projects designed to identify technical risks, investment requirements, asset condition, regulatory compliance and opportunities for improvement. It is commonly used in acquisitions, asset transactions, project financing and investment decision-making processes.
Owner’s Engineering acts as an independent technical representative of both the client and the EPC contractor throughout the project. Its role is to oversee engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities to ensure that the project meets the owner’s requirements regarding regulatory compliance, cost, schedule, quality and performance. This service is particularly valuable for EPC projects, major industrial investments and environments involving multiple contractors and suppliers.
BIM and Digital Transformation
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a methodology that improves multidisciplinary coordination, identifies design clashes to prevent construction issues, optimizes information management and facilitates the operation and maintenance of industrial assets.
